As Erica’s transaction coordinator, is responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing the communicates with Erica and her clients, other agents, escrow officers and other service providers throughout the closing process, ensuring that all parties are in compliance with Californian BRE regulations, contract timelines are maintained, fiduciary service is delivered and that the transaction continues moving along smoothly from contract to close.
