I would like to respond to the recently posted negative reviews here. I know this particular property because I helped Erica get this property ready for sale. Erica was very concerned about keeping the homeowners costs to a minimum. When we felt the original coffee table was too large for the room, she did not hesitate to run home and bring in some of her own lovely pieces to better showcase the living space. Erica herself spent more than 4 hours picking up, rearranging, decorating… then that has always been my experience with Erica. Concern for people is paramount. She displays empathy and kindness to all, and most of all goes above and beyond the norm, to ensure successful sale and satisfied clients. Her properties typically sell quickly and for over market value. She was among the top Prudential agents for 2014. I can without any doubt highly recommend Erica Jeong.
