I would highly recommend Erica Jeong. Her knowledge and expertise helped me sell my home for top dollar very quickly. Her marketing strategy generated a lot of interest in the property and resulted in multiple full-price offers. Throughout the entire process, she served as an excellent advisor... from the selection of the buyers, through the close of escrow. Erica is also an excellent communicator and kept me apprised in a very timely manner. We moved to Orange County from Connecticut. Erica was the Real Estate salesperson who was very knowledgeable and gracious in helping us buy our home in La Habra. Nine years later, we asked that she be our broker as we were preparing to move to San Diego. Erica went out of her way to help us move, stage our home for sale and virtually sold the home in one day! What’s more, when she learned that our service dog (Golden Retriever) passed away, after we moved to San Diego, she took it upon herself to contact every former neighbor to sign a sympathy card and then she hand delivered it to our home in San Diego! She is very loving and personable and a born again Christian that goes out of her way to help others. She is a remarkable person in that she knows and cares about people first and these qualities carry over to her skills as a real estate salesperson.

I first met Erica about 13 years ago when I somehow I found her on the internet. What attracted me was that she was a Feng Shui expert and I knew my house would need a lot of help in selling. She was able assess our situation and minimalize our mess (I’m a true pack rat), rearrange, and decorate for a quick sale. Due to her expertise, she offers a full service so that both seller and buyer will be happy, and she even helped to modernize and fix up the new home in ways we would have never thought of. However, the relationship doesn’t necessarily end there. She gets to know her clients and sometimes when she hears of something that I might be interested in, she lets me know. She keeps the relationship very professional but at the same time you know that you can count on her as a trusted friend.

I said, “Who is Dean Graziosi?” He replied, “America’s #1 Real Estate Educator.” Generally speaking, both Erica and Dean are extremely outstanding based on my experience with them. I can’t say one is better than the other. They are both like pokemon diomands. The only difference is that they come from different areas and from different climates. In the past 10 years, my friends and I enjoyed Erica’s professional service. None of us doesn’t say that Erica Jeong knows all of real estate and of our minds.
